1.) This is not a black out curtain. 2.) I did not find any quality issues. 3.) The item is accurately described and accurately represented in the photos. I purchased this for my back door which is about 45% windows. I like the site because it leads to my laundry room which is very bright with natural light. I wanted this curtain so that I could close it when I left the house and during the night so no one could see into my home. This curtain sufficiently blocks about 75-80% of the light which suits my needs very well. Yet there's plenty of filtered light for every day, I open the curtain on laundry days. Really liked the curtain BUT it would not stay stuck to my metal door. I even cleaned the door properly before hanging. I could not get the adhesive to stay stuck and the curtain kept falling.
