Seller reached out to me and sent me a new unit after my original purchase didn't hold up in the shower and came crashing down in a couple days after installation. The seller immediately reached out after my initial review and sent me a replacement promptly. I made sure to give my shower a deep clean and after everything was dry I reattached the bracket with the adhesive and left it overnight to adhere to my tile wall best as possible. I'll install the mirror on it after the 12+ hours recommended by the seller and will provide an update in a few days/weeks and see if the adhesive holds up in the shower. ... show more

I like the light feature and tray for shavers also the squeegee is nice but the fogless mirror is a straight lie the mirror is not heated nor fogless the instructions state to hold mirror under hott water for fogless feature !!! False advertising if you ask me besides that it's ok !!!!

A practical mirror w light for comfortable shaving in the shower, but their Customer Service is even better! The mirror fell off due to a problem w the ‘sticky tape.’ They sent a free replacement immediately, very responsive!

    • Quality lighting. Easy to install.
Mirror has great magnification and great set of lighting options. However, it isn't fogless or fog-free. But the included squeegee helps. They say it takes a few for the mirror to adjust to the temperature and will then will not fog up. But how long do you need to run the shower until then? Shouldn't have to run out your hot water for that. Lol ... show more

Update! CS contacted me and replaced the mirror. So happy with it and will double attach it. Hubby is very happy as this is the best shower mirror I have found. Very unhappy. Fell from the shower wall and broke. I followed directions carefully when attaching. Hubby loved the mirror and had used it for several months before it fell. Total loss! ... show more

    • Good mirror, but not fogless
The mirror is great. The three different led options is what I like most. The fogless claim is questionable to say the least. My mirror fogs up every time I use the shower. Just a quick spray with the wand clears it up. Pros: LED light Cons: Not fogless

    • Awesome BUT… Needs moisture proof battery compartment
The media could not be loaded. Shoot it with a little hot water, squeegee and shave. I used those Velcro/sticky removable strips instead of the permanent adhesive included. Adjustable brightness and color= cozy.
