Thank goodness. I feel SO MUCH better! Extremely soft and very supportive. I did not like the idea of just a belt or the belly band that had the upper strap going around my tummy tugging into my belly. I was very curious about the shoulder straps with the back. Im so glad I went with my gut and bought this one. My pregnancy weight at 31 weeks is 185 pounds and I’m 5’7. I started at 140 pounds before pregnancy. This baby boy lately has been causing a lot of pressure on my body. At 30 weeks I could not take the pressure anymore and started researching. This is my first pregnancy and I wish I would have got it way earlier in my pregnancy. Before purchasing I had some measuring tape and measured from around waist to just below my belly button at the biggest point just like the sizing guide said to do!!!!!! Make sure to measure yourself with tape before purchasing and follow the measurement directions before purchase as well. (I showed an example of how I measured before buying) I am 43 inches around in this picture . So I got the medium. The medium is a perfect fit. The price came with a coupon so I got it cheaper too. The Velcro is strong and feels comfortable. It’s so soft. I honestly cannot go a minute taking this thing off. I’m going to sleep in it lol. When I go to work I’m going to wear it under my clothes. I can breathe better. I feel lighter . Less pressure on the bottom of my belly. I feel relieved. I feel supported and not hanging . So happy . ... show more

This thing rescued me during a very painful pregnancy. I had a terrible pulling sensation throughout 2nd and 3rd trimester like my abdominal muscles were going to burst outward. This helped support my core and took some of that discomfort away. Highly recommend if you need some lift or compression.

used this the last trimester of my pregnancy it fit well and definitely helped a bit. however, i would rather spend a bit extra money next time and get one with more support. i think this works great if you have a smaller bump though. or maybe for earlier parts of pregnancy. the straps were a bit itchy too which made it uncomfortable. ... show more

I purchased 2 of the items (black and beige at XL) before I tested one. I have a Diastasis Recti, and some lower back pain and have been stuffing for a few years. I stumbled across this and thought to try it out. I have no regrets. It is a great value for getting 3 separate pieces that can be worn as one unit. They fit nicely and stay in relative position while I am working at the office and doing minimal physical tasks (some lifting, some squating and crouching, etc.). The main things to think about when purchasing this item is understanding that this is a support piece, so relying solely on the device to help you recover will get you only so far: remember to do pelvic floor exercises that feel comfortable to do while wearing the device, and practice good posture. It works great! It helped me so much during my third trimester. I totally felt the difference from not wearing it. Do your self a favor and get one of these to help carry your belly. I had one without the shoulder straps and I feel like the shoulder straps help carry the belly better.

Probably does what it’s supposed if you really need it. But it’s quite bulky and definitely gives a sort of “overalls” look to it. More of an at home type of band. Plus the adjustment pieces on the shoulders kept slipping so wasn’t holding much belly. I recommend probably investing in a more lightweight but sturdy one instead. ... show more
