The media could not be loaded. I bought this bc I needed the lace and the glue. I'm happy I found them together and now I have extra designs to work with. The foil was easy to work with. I put a dot of polish on one side of the lace strip so I'll know what side to use. I'm still a beginner at acrylic nails and saw a design on yt that I wanted to remix. I think I did okay. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this kit. Just incase you're wondering, the double gg's came from A express. (I'm trying not to do a hard name drop.) Lol hopefully y'all pick up what I'm putting down. The bees came from Amazon. I originally used gold caviar beads but had to change it to rhinestones (index finger) bc the gold was coming off when I used topcoat. Hopefully you've found something in my review to be of use. This gel typ adhesive for foil transfers is an interesting product. I'm a gel tech for over past 20 yrs. Familiar with many gel products. Colors. Brands etc. With this clear product you must apply on thinner side. If it gets to thick and I mean it doesn't take much to run into this. So be cautious because it will Ripple very bad. When this happens you are fixing because your foil will not transfer very well. The ripples distort the image or design. So cleanse and buff back down to color. This stuff gets kinda gunky after cleansed but you can't just add more to the mess. Takes time to redo. Be careful. Now the instructions are not the best on how long to cure. Says 60 to 120 mins. To me that's a range. I practiced with my UV lamps. I use 36 watts. 3 -9volt Phillips bulbs. A close range exposure style. I feel one minute gives me a good bonding surface. Too soon and it's slippery. If the design allows this, on some lack of full transfer areas, I add some gel adhesive right on the voided areas, cure and re tap the foil. It fixes the void. Really you just have to play with it. I'm feeling more confident after using about 12 times. I also warm my gel adhesive to help thin. Hope this is helpful. Oh sometimes I question the backing on the foils. Does it differ on some brands. ? ... show more
