This is a great coverlet - it is not a heavy comforter and is warm enough for warmer months and in the winter you can add a blanket over or under. The design is simple and very nice. I wanted something that had actual stiches not the heat pressed design that would give way after a couple washes. The color is as shown in the photo a nice ivory beige. It washed and dried nicely. Very soft and it looks great on the bed - couldn't be happier about it. I do wish it came in twin size but maybe someday.

I purchased this bedspread to give our bedroom a stately, upscale look for a very reasonable price. The color is deep and the stitched pattern is discrete, but evident. It lays very nice on the king sized bed, right out of the wrapping. The weight is perfect for a warm climate! Enough to keep one warm on cool nights, but not enough to make you overheated. This is a really nice bedspread! It looks and feels much more expensive than it is. I would buy again.

This bedspread is perfect! I have two cats and a dog that sleep with me on the bed so it can get really hot. This is lightweight and yet perfect for the cooler evenings. Since having it on my bed, I never get too cold or too hot. I also like that I can clean it myself and not have to take it to the cleaners. I am not sure on the color green but I will admit it blends in perfectly with my bedroom scheme. I have a tree with soft white lights in the corner of the room and it just illuminates the bedspread making it inviting and comfortable.
