This is a great deal for the price I paid. Everything arrives compressed and you have to give it time to fluff up, like with a memory foam mattress. It's pretty and the fabric quality is pretty good. Some of the stitches pull loose easily but overall it feels like a more expensive product due to the pillowy thickness of the comforter. I was intending this for more of a summer comforter and would have to say it's a bit warmer than I'd expected. If you like smooth texture, however, it is very satisfying. It is smooth and generally cool to the touch. It seems rather moisture whicking so I'd imagine that's what they meant about the 'cooling' feature. For me the thickness offsets that but it IS lightweight and washes well (so far!) ... show more

We've been using this comforter for more than a year now, and it's held up wonderfully. Our dog likes to "fluff" blankets, and rakes at it regularly with her nails, but there have been zero thread pulls and no fabric pilling. It's been through several wash cycles and hasn't lost its shape. The batting hasn't bunched or shifted. The colors haven't faded, and we do flip it from time to time to change things up since it's reversible. Since the same colors are used on both sides, if one side coordinates with your room, they both will. It's a very lightweight comforter, so if you're looking for a more cozy, weighted feeling you'll need to supplement with another blanket. And it's definitely polyester so it doesn't breathe like cotton - those who tend to sleep hot will likely find themselves pushing it off some nights. This set is good quality for the most part. Mine came with a ripped pillow case but otherwise it was really nice and comfortable. The only thing I would say is you may want to size up if your bed isn't up against a wall because the comforter isn't really wide enough to evenly cover both sides of the bed.
