This dog bed is perfect for our 120 lb Great Dane. It is soft and thick enough so that his elbows don’t sink through and touch the floor, which is important for our aging gentle giant. Also, large enough where he can spread out his mile long legs without hanging off. He loves laying his head on the raised sides. Easy to unzip, take off, and throw in the washer to clean! No special cleaning needed- we wash and dry like anything else and it comes out great every time- even the stuffing doesn’t get clumpy inside the sides. I ordered this dog bed months ago and my dog loves napping on it. The fabric is very nice and soft, and the bed itself has great waterproofing. I dropped an entire can of soda on it and immediately thought the entire thing was ruined. But as I removed the foam pillow inside, I was surprised to see that only very little liquid seeped through. The droplets that did just rolled right off the cover of the pillow! No liquid made it through to the actual foam, which was a relief. I was able to wipe down the pillow cover and have the outer casing in the washing machine. Very pleasantly surprised with how easy it is to clean, considering I dropped a full can of soda that I had just opened lol. ... show more
