This really is an excellent book. I found it at the perfect time. I had been praying about needing some specific changes in my life and daily routine and this has helped me organize my life. Instead of flying through each day haphazardly, I now have structure and routine that I needed more than I even knew. She has a prayer for everyday and they are amazing. I would have bought this book just for these powerful prayers. Somethings to know... 1) she wants you to start on a Monday. I opened it up expecting to dive in midweek and had to wait a few days. 2) the first thing she wants you to do is get a notebook. She has a specific one she talks about, I have provided a pic for this. 3) a digital notebook works great! If you are like me and lead a pretty tech savvy, yet minimalist life style, the thought of carrying around a big bulky notebook everywhere is not appealing. I found a digital notebook that has everything I need. And it was cheaper!! 4) I do not 100% agree with everything she says or asks for you to do, but I do respect her insight. Even if you do not follow her advice on every single thing she recommends, it is still a great book and worth taking the time to read. I am on day 46 and have already made a crazy amount of changes in my life. I am so beyond thankful for her words of wisdom. I will try to remember to do an update once I finish! ... show more

The way this breaks down the whole journey step by step os wonderful. You can take breaks within it you can come back to it to get a refresher. The power of taking your time and learning who you want to be as a woman is always a journey in its self. This book helps you have those conversations within and with whom ever you believe in Religiously and/or spiritually and figure out your best steps to take to become the best woman in this life for your life! I first found this book on a very dark day in a truck stop in Tennessee. I devoted 90 days to fully immerse myself in this & my life turned around dramatically! I have now led this as a study 4 or 5 times since for other women. I’m so appreciative to Donna for her obedience to Christ for giving us this gift in words clearly God-breathed. ... show more
