This lip oil isn’t oily! It has a pleasant texture that stays with the lips without being sticky. Nice subtle shine. I just wonder how I’ll get the benefit of all the product I’ve paid for when it’s all stuck on the sides of the tube. I’m hoping the wand is flexible.
