These boots are awesome. I looked into Uggs, but they are pricey and folks claimed they were on the narrow side whereas my feet are wide. I got these on an excellent Black Friday sale. I am somewhere between an 8.5W and 9W but these don't come in half sizes, so I went for the 9 - it slipped a bit in the heel at first but I read other reviews of similar boots that said they just need to conform to your foot better as you wear them and they have improved in the couple of weeks I've had them. Otherwise, the upper is nice and roomy and the soft suede puts no pressure on my bunions. I will say there isn't really any support so I don't think I could walk very long in these. Unfortunately the soles are not removable - would have been perfect to put some kind of insole under the shearling. We had our first big snowfall in NY and they were nice and warm and handled the dirty city slush fine so far. I'm a fan! ... show more

The BearPaw shorty boot is well made and looks nice. They are not super flexible, but they are cozy and warm. They run true to size. I normally wear a 7 1/2 in tennis shoes & 7 in dress shoes. The size 7 fits me perfectly.

Will need to reorder a half size down in size. The materials are quality but they ‘stretch out’ and fit too loosely in my regular size 6.5 - keep this in mind when purchasing! Sprayed with leather/suede protectant I also bought on Amazon. Good quality as my other taller bear paw pair of boots which are still going strong after I bought them here back in 2017! ... show more

I bought these boots about a week ago & I can confidently say that I love them! They are extremely comfortable, it is like having slippers on my feet all day. I love the light brown color & they are made extremely well. I am usually an 8.5 & I did size up to a 9 since i would be wearing boot socks most of the time but I probably could have ordered the 8.5 & would have been okay.
