These boots are great. I haven’t seen how they hold up yet to frigid or damp conditions. I wouldn’t wear in snow, but I wanted an everyday comfy fur lined winter boot that would work for my wide feet. I only wish the shaft didn’t also get wider with the wide sizing, as my ankles and calves are rather thin, while my foot is wide due to bunions. However the extra width of the shaft isn’t as oversized as I had expected, so I’m just glad there was wide width option available at all. What I especially love is that the insoles are removable. As cozy and soft as they are, they provide no support for flat feet so I am very happy to be able to swap those out for my orthotic insoles, which make the boot more comfortable overall for my feet. I believe size 8 fits similar to a 7.5. I am technically a size 7 but always size up to 7.5 in boots and sneakers to allow more room in the toe box for my very slanted toe. Unfortunately there are no half sizes in this shoe so I opted for size 8W and they aren’t too big. There is a little bit of extra room, but that’ll just allow me to comfortably wear thick socks. Also, the chocolate color is beautiful. It is a very deep, plum-toned brown that is quite trendy at the moment. I purchased these from the bearpaw official Amazon storefront and they were quick to respond when I needed customer support as well. Overall a great purchase for a great price. Highly recommend.

I had a pair of 15 year old uggs previous to purchasing these. These are warm and cozy, I like that the sole is more rugged on these. One con was that the black dye on the fur rubbed off on my legs, not a bug deal though. Would purchase again in the future whe needed.

Shaft still a bit stiff after 3 weeks daily wear, but initial snug fit allows for socks now to keep my feet very toasty. I love them, thinking I’d wear them only around house/yard, but I wear them out, too. Definitely a good buy, comfortable, warm and I’ll be a returning customer.

I really love bear paw quality. I bought these as a Christmas gift for my grandmother(again) and she loves them. This version in particular has grip on the bottom rather than flat which keeps my grandma safe during the winter season.
