Broke my original Bear after 40 years. Immediately ordered this replacement. It feels good in my hand, flexes well, and shoots as expected. The carpet strip on the arrow shelf is nearly gone after only about 1000 arrows - I'll probably strip it off like I did the original. Also, something I've never seen on a bow before - the laminate started developing little white speckles and small streaks.
