Installed on 2008 Mazda 3 hatchback with projector low-beam headlights Pros Pretty Bright Easy to install in a tight spot. If they had fans I would not have had as good an install. Cons Lacking of some instruction on installation I guessed and installed them with the diodes at 12 and 6 o'clock orientation. They were not as effective in casting light as far as the halogen bulbs I had before. BeamTech sent an email asking if I was pleased with them and offered help with troubleshooting. I told them how they were performing. They said the diodes should be oriented at the 9 and 3 o’clock positions. This made all of the difference. I will not return them now. I don’t believe they are the brightest led’s on the market but they are reasonably priced and as bright as the halogen bulbs and whiter.

These are automotive headlight replacements. These are the dims. They installed very easily and have been working every day flawlessly. I plan on ordering the brights next. The dims are a great improvement over the original bulbs. I can't say anything about longevity aside from they've operated beautifully since installation and I anticipate good service from them. A real value so far! Adding to this, I installed the high beams. So far, I have every reason to believe these are a best buy. Longevity cannot be determined as of yet. But so far, these bulbs have been great and I have no complaints whatsoever. The install was easy and there was no flickering at all. I trust this status continues.

This vehicle's headlights are factory equipped with halogen H4 Bulbs providing Fog/Driving & High Beam lighting. Low Beam Head-lighting is provided by D2R Xenon HID Bulbs. The H4 Halogen bulbs provide 3000 Kelvin color temp that does not match the HID color and is not very bright. I replaced the Halogen H4 bulbs with the BEAMTECH Fanless 6500K LED Upgrade H4 Fog/Driving Bulbs, the... difference... is... Incredible ! The Brightness is 3 times the Halogen bulbs. Beam Control is precise with perfect Color Temperature. I only wish I had made this upgrade years ago !

My Previous halogen bulbs, were not horrible, yet not great. when one shattered, then the brightness really was poor. Jeep you channel wayoflife installed and showcased these. used there link to give it a try after researching led bulbs. These were easy to install. When placed in house, they want to rotate loose, until the overall house cap is placed back on, and then they stayed secure. The brightness if far better. i may still prefer a warmer light color in the future, yet for now they are working great.

I originally bought the BeamTech lights that are brighter and require the fan to cool them. I didn't mine spending more money and I will tell you I did love them. They were super bright, yet on-coming cars did NOT "flash" me. Unfortunately they only lasted 4 years and the fans quit. In all fairness to the bulb and fan...I live in Michigan...and if you dont know about the salt used on roads in the wintertime...well, it eats everything! So, I loved the bulbs and this time stepped down one level in brightness but these don't need the fan for cooling. If I lived in the South, i would spend the extra $10 dollars and get the fan cooled...but, I can tell you, I already very much like these ones without the fan. Whatever you go with...I do like BeamTech bulbs!

They did not sit snuggly in the aftermarket headlight housing for my 2006 dodge ram. They were loose and I did not feel comfortable driving with them. I chose to return them. I also had them on for about 10 seconds and they were warmer than I expected they would be so I chose to get LED headlights with fans.

They work good they have polarity so I had to modify one of the sockets to accept the bulb on my passenger side otherwise easy to install and fit in the housing well.
