I was very hesitant to move forward with this project (PTSD from failed drywall anchor projects), but this was surprisingly simple and the anchors worked fine. The instructions, though a bit vague, were easy enough to follow. The drywall anchors require a 1/4" drilled hole (it did not specify hole size in assembly instructions). The shelves themselves don't come with any pre-drilled holes for the brackets, so you have to screw these in as well. I did the bracket-on-the-bottom method, which made this step easy, however I can see it being more challenging with the brackets on top. I wouldn't trust the shelves with anything super heavy, but they do add a nice touch. ... show more

Really love the way my shelves look. They seemed pretty simple to install and I was about to assemble when my husband took over and did the whole thing in about 30 minutes (all I have to do to get him to fix or build something is start building it myself😂 and yes I do this on purpose now). I like how they have a bit of an industrial look but aren't overbearing, especially in the smaller space where I wanted them. ... show more

Love these shelves. They are so cute and the perfect touch to our bathroom. My husband said they are easy to install but he suggest a power drill. I plan to buy two or three more for other areas in the house!

These shelves are small. I have began downsizing and wanted some simple, yet cute floating shelves to hold some bowls, mugs, etc. With the three, I have tea boxes on the bottom plus my google home, the middle has stacked bowls, mugs and a jar of silverware and the top shelf has three containers of oatmeal/grits. For someone in a studio, having little spaces like these are a lifesave PLUS these things were super easy to install. They don't feel the most durable to be honest. They feel like if you put enough on them, they'll splinter in half. But these have held up amazingly the last couple of weeks. For the price I will be back to order more in the future for other items like books or seasonal decorations. You really can't go wrong with these. They're stylish, lightweight and versatile. Beautiful shelves! The wood shelf is not actually wood, not sure what it is but definitely not wood. The product description may have mentioned this but I’m not certain. All hardware was included and worked nicely. The only complaint I have is that the metal brackets are not exactly straight. They are just barely off... Not noticeable to anyone giving a passing glance or maybe even a a quick study but as I was putting them up I noticed as I had to make adjustments lining them up. I did not attach the shelf to the brackets as the I was afraid that the strain of the screws would warp the shelf because the brackets were not completely straight. I hung the shelves with the shelf sitting inside the bracket instead of sitting on top of them as the pictures show they can be mounted that way. With the slight “off-ness” to the brackets I didn’t feel they would be very sturdy mounted this way. I bought 4 sets of the shelves and each one had the same problem. However they shelves look very nice, handle weight easily and overall I feel this is a great product to the price. ... show more

I live in an apartment with absolutely no storage space at all. With a puppy coming I didn’t want his food on the floor or in the cabinets. I was a little leery at the price since it seemed a little low for three shelves but I really loved how they looked. The boards are light, again was slightly concerned but they did look really great. Picked up a level and a new drill bit for the install but they look great and I absolutely trust them to hold even a small bag of dog food, my son is already asking for a set for his room to hold his Legos on, since they are solidly deep he will be getting some as well.
