This was a surprisingly easy installation. The instructions were simple and to the point but I do wish they were a bit more detailed so it wouldn’t take quite as long to build. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it and holds up well even with some weight on it.

Well, unfortunately, this isn't going to work. It's cheaply made, and while putting together parts cracked, one screw snapped off. As you can see, the clothes rod is bowing. Time to take it apart so I can return it 😕

    • Not a bad rack, and the assembly was easy. Not super sturdy, but not flimsy.

Putting this together was relatively easy, there are only two provided pictures and that's really good enough. I did run into a problem with the two hanger knobs that go at the top being very difficult to get the screws in. I don't think they drilled them quite deep enough. I was able to get one it with brute force, but ended up helping the other one with a drill. The rack looks pretty good, though it doesn't appear to be very substantial. It does sit perfectly level which I'm pretty happy about. I wouldn't say that this is sturdy, but it seems ok for what it is. I would recommend spending the small amount extra to get the unit with the shelves if you have the space for it as that adds to the utility and will likely make it a bit more sturdy. Overall, this seems like a pretty good option for someone with a lack of closet space, or even to put inside a closet. I put this in my laundry room and seems like it should serve it's purpose just fine. I'm not sure I would trust this if you were to stack it completely full. I wish I would have had the opportunity to review the unit with the shelves as it seems more useful and probably more sturdy too. I'm not sure about the value here as I got this as a review sample and did not shop around, but this seems like a pretty good product. ... show more
