OK, the first set I received was tried on or even used, but Amazon quickly sent a replacement. Now that that's out of the way, these things are amazing. If you're complaining about the cost, the only other high quality graduated compression sleeve have found is the Bruce Bolt and it runs 30 dollars for a single sleeve. You pay just over 50 for two of these and the quality was undeniable. Bruce Bolts are nice, but you're paying for name recognition there, while you're paying (less) for quality here. I went through the process of taking all of my measurements and compared them to the company's size chart. I am 6'4", 220 pounds with a long arm and a 7.6" wrist and my upper arm is 15.5". I'm not small, but not overweight. I have long arms. After reading through several reviews I went with the X-Large Extra Long. The X-Large is perfect for me, and right in line with the size chart. My arm is 19.25" long, which should put me at the upper end of Long but I went with Extra Long based on the reviews I read and comfort. The sleeve fits from the base of my wrist almost to my armpit perfectly. You can find the size chart on the company's website. I would recommend you follow their sizing based on the chart, and then consider sizing up for the length. I cannot express how impressed I am with the quality. It's perfect. The compression is great in all the right places without being uncomfortable. The fabric/material is unlike any compression sleeve I've worn. It blows everything right out of the water. It's also stylish, although that was my last consideration when ordering. To be honest I thought it would be ugly based on the pictures. The sleeves are far from it. The white is more of a gray, but still very nice looking. Did I say I'm impressed? Having Bruce Bolt set the previous high water mark for me, these sleeves raised the bar to unbelievable levels. Compression is a proven commodity for many ailments, so I'm sure they will work. I don't know how they'll hold up over time, but only needing one and having two, I am quite happy. Highly highly recommend anyone looking for a graduated compression sleeve to give these a look.

Very good quality materials, well made and sturdy. Note=Don’t allow these to get next to anything sticky or grippy like strong tape, Velcro or glues etc. It’s made from soft and strong microfiber but it is prone to pilling (dimpling) if exposed to materials like that. It won’t ruin the garment but it will make it unsightly. I realized this when one of my sets came with some “defects” that I later figured out were most certainly caused by something like that when I got my replacement set and washed them with a pair of gloves that have small Velcro strips. Thankfully it didn’t do but a tiny bit of damage. I’m fine with that so I kept them. Anyway, they are very well constructed, and most important they work very well. I have unfortunately developed several areas of muscle issues and also carpal pains occasionally. These can really knock out some of that and do a very good job of increasing overall circulation to the arm so it can recharge a bit. I highly recommend at least trying them if you have any issues like neuropathy, carpal tunnel, edema etc. They also look quite nice and come in several colors. I prefer the dark navy blue and the crimson red colors.

My upper arm has pain and is sensitive when I serve in tennis. The sleeve compresses the arm enough to allow me to play without pain. It is comfortable and stays put. I did go up a size even though my arm measured a medium, I returned it for a large. It still provides enough compression but does not squeeze my arm as much as the medium. I have the waist support and have washed it numerous times keeping the shape and material intact.

I purchased a pair of Nike sleeves due to an elbow injury. They immediately lost their elasticity and tore at the seam within the first three uses. I bought the Bauerfeind Sports Compression Arm Sleeves from amazon to replace the Nike ones. I was concerned that they were expensive and might have the same issues, but they are awesome! They have a great feel, well constructed, with just the right amount of elasticity to support but not effect your shot. I can play hours and they never move on my arm. Plus my arm doesn't get as tired shooting reps. Worth every penny.

I like the compression it gives but wish it was a tad thicker to hold everything together a bit more. Outside of that it feels like great material. Definitely helps my arm stay warm and mostly compressed.

the product works great. i normally get some soreness in my elbows after playing badminton. the soreness has pretty much gone away after wearing these. however, i deducted 2 stars because theyre not durable. at least one of the sleeves developed a hole. i launder them after every use in a laundry bag and let them air dry. i regularly trim my nails. i have only used them for two months. for a premium price, i expected better durability.
