This costume is pretty accurate to the picture. It’s comfortable for a little one to wear. The material is thin so if you live in a cold climate you will need to bundle up under it. The mask surprising stayed on all night. I didn’t like the Velcro cape . It came off to easily however I think that is a safety feature to make sure it releases easily if it becomes caught on anything or entangled around a little ones neck so it defiantly won’t loose stars for that. It’s probably a plus for the younger of the trick or treaters. It won’t last a long time but it only needs to make it through one night . All in all, cheaper at the time I bought it then I could find in the stores and it was a great little costume for my 2 year old son!

The quality is really poor. One of the ears was coming undone at the seam as we took it out of the bag. My son is so excited to be batman for Halloween that he wanted to try on his costume right away. Within two brief periods of trying it on, it's falling apart at the seams. I've had to hide it and am just hoping it'll make it through preschool in the morning and trick r treating that night. Sizing is also wrong. I ordered 2T to 4T thinking my 3 year old could play dress up for the next year or so. The tag reads 2T to 4T for 1 to 2 year olds. Confusing. My son is very small for being 3 and this barely fits him. We ordered Robin for my 20 month old and picked 1 to 2 year old size, which ended up being the same size "2T to 4T" so this is really 12 to 24 months. It's a little big on my 20 month old, but not by much. There's no point in ordering it a little big since it's not going to make it past Halloween anyway. Also, the robin mask has eyes cut out for an adult. When will we join together as a country and stop buying made in China??? I wish I could find more things made here at home. At any rate, this is poor quality and runs really small.

I bought this for my daughter’s upcoming super hero themed birthday party, primarily because this is the costume that she picked when I showed her a ton of them. It seems like it will be comfortable for her. I ordered the size 2-4 and she is a 3T/4T, and I thought the fit was just right, except the eye mask/hoodie seemed a bit too snug. The quality is such that I am sure it will last for her pictures and for the party, but I am not sure it will last beyond that. Also, the Back of the costume secures with only one piece of small Velcro, so we will have to safety pin the rest of it shut because of the big gap that is left open.

Overall poor quality on this item. The fabric is thin and seems to pill easily. The garment is also very poorly manufactured, with many loose seams and dangling threads. Also, there are several spots, such as around the gathered legs, in which not all of the fabric was 'gathered' into the seams. Instead, some parts simply hang lose and are not sewn into the hem at all. The size 2-4 fit my 3.5 year old toddler, who is of average height but a low weight and still wears 2T pants. I would not expect this to fit a larger 3 or 4 year old very well. I was able to buy this at a discounted price from Amazon Warehouse deals in Like New condition. For thirteen dollars, it was an okay purchase as a one-time costume. I would not pay more than that for this item.

I bought this as an Amazon Warehouse deal, so I got a great price on it. The material is not stellar, but I didn't expect it to be. It's very warm, so my son hasn't really worn it since it's been so hot his summer, but hopefully will later. His sister has all princess dresses so I needed some dress up clothes that were his own. It fit as I would have expected on my two year old and it looks cute on him. My 3 yr old daughter wanted to wear it too so she was able to fit it too.

Ordered a size 2-4 for my tall, skinny 3 year old (80th percentile height, 60 percentile weight). It was way too small. We were able to get it on, but the torso was too short and the leg cuffs were just under his knees. If we lived in a warm climate, we might have been able to get away with it, but we needed to be able to put clothes on underneath for a cold, windy NYC halloween, so we're sending it back. I like the hood/cowl much better than the mask that comes with the size 4-6 costume (it was much more comfortable for my son). I also like that the belt is printed on this costume, (I think it looks better than the tie belt for the older kids' costume).

My son is 2, I ordered this because I love the idea of the felt make. Makes for a breathable wear, my son loves super hero costumes. The next sizes up are a different material. I ordered a Toddler size and it fit snug. Small. The MASK is sooooo SMALL. the eye holes don't measure up at all. My son refuses to take it off and just runs with one hand holding it down so it doesn't move.

My 3-year-old loved it for Halloween. It's nearly too small for him though and he's a little small for his age. I think the package actually said 12-24 months when I ordered the size 2-4. The mask didn't fit well either (too small) so I folded it up and he wore it more as a hood. Very cheaply made too. We just needed it for Halloween and he's worn it a few times before and after. I don't anticipate it'll hold up to very much abuse. He didn't really care and just had fun being Batman. :-)
