I love rose scents. This fragrance has rose buried in it somewhere, but like most bath and body works scents it is a super perfume-y blend and I wouldn’t ever call it rose if it were up to me. That being said, it is a very pleasant fragrance and fits the bill for my purpose….was looking for an inexpensive floral scent to use in my travel-size spray bottle as a room spray/body fragrance combo.
