This review is for the BASUDAM Men’s Tracksuit (Color - Navy, Size - Small) as part of my search for comfortable indoor and outdoor athletic wear. The jacket portion of this tracksuit weighs 524 grams and is made out of a 95% polyester and 5% spandex material. The material is a good thickness with a nice smooth feel. The jacket is a standard full-zip track jacket cut with sizing that is comfortable but not loose. The 24” length, 20” chest width, and 19 ½” waist were pretty spot on in terms of fit. I would have liked to have a little more length in the 24 ½” sleeves (34 ½” from between the shoulders plus sleeve) such that the 4” wide cuffs were further up against my hands, but that’s more of a personal preference. The jacket is hooded, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the hood was a nice spacious three-section hood with drawstrings versus the typical two-piece hoods with or without elastic around the opening. There are also 9” x 7” zippered pockets to each side of the jacket. All of the zippers are metal with short but serviceable metal zipper pulls and running smoothly on standard-sized plastic zipper teeth. The inside of the jacket is unlined whereas pockets have a thin but decent mesh liner. The pants portion of this tracksuit weighs 378 grams and is made out of an identical 95% polyester and 5% spandex material. The sizing for the pants was similarly comfortable with a 41” length, 29” inseam, and 14” flat waist. As with the jacket, there is one 11” x 6” zippered pocket to each side. I like that the elastic waist has a drawstring for added fit and security when running around or working out. I also like that the 7 ½” flat wide leg openings are uncuffed without being too loose. As worn, the tracksuit is quite comfortable with a nice weight to it. I like the fairly clean look of the tracksuit which is completely plain except for a few thin reflective strips strategically positioned on the jacket. Even though the jacket and pants are not lined, the nice thickness of the fabric does a good job of cutting the wind and keeping me warm during the cooler mornings. The zippered pockets on the tracksuit have been nice to help keep things from falling out when walking around or exercising. Overall quality and workmanship are good with clean and consistent stitching with no rips or runs in the fabric. All in all, this is a good quality hooded tracksuit with a clean minimalist look. I recommend this as a nicely priced casual athletic wear option.

Had not seen myself as a Track Suit person but after wearing this track suit ensemble, I am hooked! So cozy and comfortable. Perfect for wearing around the house or out on errands and attending casual events. Running? I couldn's say as I am not a runner :-) but for many other occasions one will be comfortable. Both pieces fit well and are well constructed. The pants are a little long for me personally but I am on the short-ish side. The zippered pockets are well sized and placed. My one peeve is that there is no back pocket on the pants.

Ordered this for my husband: searched all over the listing for a size chart, but could not find, so just made a guess and it worked ordering one size larger than I normally would. Since there is a tie string at the elastic waistband, we knew if the size were too large, the string could tighten appropriately. Would have preferred a black zipper on this black color which they used on the gray, white and maroon ones, but my husband says he can live with the gray zipper. The fabric has a bit of a slippery feel, which my husband likes, but have not tried washing to see if that changes. It is a bit warm summer weather to be wearing this right now, so will see when the temps cool down and then will machine wash and machine dry. Like the large pockets on both sides of the inside of the jacket. My husband likes the zipper pockets on the outside of both top and bottom. Other sets he has had only have the open pockets so things like phones, keys and cash can fall out when he is active.
