Great product, my only thing that knocked off a star is the inability to remove the cover on the main piece. If you need to wash it, have to wash the whole thing. Other than that, baby loves it and has helped with out reflux issues a ton.

I was not going to pay the big price for a pillow but after using it i am very glad I did. It is a big help to make our little one comfortable and secure and helps her not to spit up after eating. I think it is worth having.

This product has no zipper to remove for cleaning. Can't cover it to protect it from getting dirty because the functionality doesn't allow it to. Other than that, it's great. It just sucks you have to out the while thing to wash & since it's memory foam, it takes longer to dry.
