bought this shirt specifically because I fish often in a hot climate, and I’ve been super impressed with how it performs across the board. Fit: The fit is spot on—athletic without being too snug. I like that it gives me enough room to cast comfortably and move around without feeling bulky. The sleeves are slightly long, but it works in my favor for sun coverage. Quality & Washability: I’ve washed it several times already and it’s holding up really well. No shrinking, fading, or loose stitching. The fabric still feels soft and just as breathable as day one. It dries quickly too, which is a bonus when I’m out fishing or rinse it off after a trip. Style: The camo design looks great—subtle, not overly flashy, and definitely outdoor-ready. I’ve even worn it off the water a few times, and it doesn’t scream “fishing shirt” which I appreciate. Warmth: It’s not meant to be warm, but it does help regulate temperature a bit. It keeps the sun off without making me overheat, and on early morning trips, it gives just enough coverage to take the edge off before the sun comes up. Functionality: The built-in neck gaiter and hood are a standout. They’re super lightweight but give awesome protection when the sun’s beating down. I can pull the mask up easily, and it’s not restrictive at all—stays breathable, even when it’s hot and humid. Bottom line: This shirt checks every box: great fit, quality fabric, excellent function, and easy to wash and wear again. If you spend a lot of time outdoors, especially fishing in the sun, this is a must-have. I’m already eyeing another color.

My grandson loves these shirts! We bought 3 different color schemes. The fit is great, and they are light weight. Haven't used it for the SPF yet, but he enjoys wearing them year round. It is more of a t-shirt weight that provides protection from the sun and wind. I little on the pricey side, but the quality is great. If you are looking for a warm sweatshirt, this is not for you.
