Just played our first round! It was cute and the score was pretty similar to what an actual game would be like. Only thing is we had to be creative for extra innings and we have a general house rule: "if it can't happen in a real game, it can't happen here." We chose to re-roll if there was no one on base and we rolled a double play or if there's no one on the field for a sac fly to occur. If you're on your 3rd strike you technically can't sac fly so we re-rolled for that reason, too. Overall, we really enjoyed this game and it took us about 30 minutes to play. It'll be easy for my 10 year old and I'm looking forward to that match up 😁 ... show more

Purchased this for my husband for Christmas as a gift from our 3-year-old. I thought it would be a fun way for them to share baseball and it has been. It’s also been fun to play myself whether with son or husband. $50 is a lot of money to spend on a game but this was worth it - the quality of the board and pieces are very sturdy and nice. So much fun! My husband loves baseball, and I really am usually not that into it, but this game actually helped me understand baseball a little better and it is a lot of fun! Well made too!

    • "Maple" in the description is misleading.
The game is well crafted, but it is NOT made of maple. It is made from some manufactured material like MDF with a maple veneer. The veneer is not more than 1mm thick. The game looks great and feels solid. I have no doubt the game will provide hours of enjoyment, but I do feel a little misled.

Great game for any age. My 9 year old daughter and I love it. Was worried about some of the reviews about missing pieces but I didn’t have any trouble. The board is pretty solid and the storage box is nice too.

Totally fun! Lots of fun for everyone! Don’t have to know the baseball rule book to play! Great craftsmanship! My girlfriend and I love playing this - helps fill the baseball void during the pandemic.

The game is beautifully made and fun for me and my grandson. No strategy needed; just roll and move. My biggest disappointment was that it did not include the bag as shown. It would be nice to keep all the pieces together. Also the marker wipes off the scoreboard, but any spots or smears onto the other wood surfaces doesn't wipe off. ... show more
