This is a very lightweight bat a child can use it a woman or a man with arthritis can use it it can be swung very fast it can hurt. Some of the downfalls is that it's a little short and I don't know how much beaten it can take because it's not solid. But if you're a fast swinger this is a bad boy for you. ... show more
