Let's cover shipping first, as I saw only a single, one-star review for this table that said the table was great but shipping was terrible. First, I don't think it's fair to blast the product for problems you had with the shipper. Second, this comes as a freight shipment on a palate, close to 600lbs in full packaging, no signature required - according to the guys who dropped it off. They told me that they are -required- to leave it at the end of the driveway or sidewalk unless someone is present at the time of delivery. Since I was, they happily pulled it into my garage with a palate jack and dropped it so I could deal with it in my own time. I thought the delivery was perfectly fine. I was unfamiliar with the carrier, CEVA, but completely satisfied with their service. Ok, so onto the real stuff. Unpacking was a bit of a chore, as it was on a huge palate, but a lot of the assembly work is already done for you, which is very nice. Everything was packed very neatly, I had no damage to any of the items included. The pool table bed is in one piece, meaning the pockets/felt/bumpers are all pre-installed. This was pretty heavy, but two fairly strong guys can handle it without too much trouble. It would be difficult to maneuver in tight spots, so make sure you have adequate clearance to make your life easier. Assembly wasn't bad, but did take a few hours. The instructions were easy to follow and all the hardware was labeled clearly. We didn't run into any major issues putting everything together. Lastly and most importantly, this table feels very nice to play on. The pool queues that come with it aren't great, ours had some clear glue around the tip that chipped off during the first few games. Definitely recommend getting some upgraded queues or at least a sanding kit to get the glue off of the tips and help shape them/rough them up a bit. The balls seem to be nice quality, although the colors are a bit faded looking for my taste. Still, they play beautifully, so I can't complain much about that. The pockets are a heavy nylon fabric and seem very durable. The table top is beautiful when assembled, but I'm not crazy about the metal support that goes between the halves. I'm sure this is probably important for stability, though, so again, I'm not upset at all about it. There is also a block to put in the middle of the table for additional support. I could see this being an extremely nice table to play board/card games on, especially large ones that need a lot of area to spread out. The benches that come with it are nicer than I had imagined, with a very soft-feeling faux leather cushion and a nice, sturdy heft to them. The ping pong accessories seem decent enough, but the clamps that hold the net in place feel a bit flimsy. I'm hoping they hold up over time, but that shouldn't be too hard to replace if needed. Finally, the storage cart is nicer than I thought it would be, especially the casters. The casters are excellent, in my opinion, with stops and a very smooth glide. I like how the table top can be stored on the cart, but if you have the table on the cart, it is very difficult to get to anything in the cart. I imagine I'll be buying separate storage for the pool queues and accessories at some point. To summarize, I'm very happy with everything about this. The delivery was perfect for me, just pay attention and be there to receive it. The unpacking was a bit tedious, but assembly went smoothly. I'm happy with the quality of pretty much everything aside from the flimsy clamps for the ping pong net and the pool queues. Neither of these are enough of an issue for me, so I'm going full five-stars on this. I think it's worth every penny and we're going to have a lot of fun over the years playing on this table.

The table/pool table is beautiful - it looks good in our little game room. The felt is great and the ping pong feature has been fun our family. My only complaint is that some of the side wood type edge is peeling in a couple spots and was like that when we got it. Will need to glue it down eventually so it doesn’t peel more.

Overall, extremely happy with the table. I fully expect this to last a long time and should be happy with until the day we decide to upgrade. If we ever do. This table is honestly good enough I don't know how that I'll ever need to upgrade. Like someone else stated. The cues it comes with are really low grade but that's too be expected. I never planned on using those anyway. Who doesn't get better ones? Everything else appears to be of good quality. Was well packaged. Fairly easy to put together. Theres a couple very minor blemishes on the benches but nothing id complain about. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking.

I love it and hate it. Table looks beautiful but you can definitely tell this table is on the lower side of quality. More like Ikea grade. There is a LOT of imperfections and chips. The QA team did not try at all. Craftsmanship seems sloppy and rushed. Lots of glue all over the table, seams not closed correctly, different corners already came chipped, and other parts of the board just cracked. Assembly was pretty easy instructions are well written. Wife and I did it. Pool cues do not come with tips just an FYI. Both sticks that were included were warped/bent so you will more than likely need to upgrade anyway. Table is a great size for family. If you can find a sealant I would recommend it for the tabletop or some kind of plastic cover. Just cleaning the glue off caused a lot of scratches which didnt look nice on top of the pre existing scratches. Not sure how it will hold up against ping pong if it cant handle a napkin. Doubt it will even hold up more than a year. Delivery was easy and good. Kind of wish I could return it but not sure that I can now that its open and assembled. The table top quality was just a complete let down.

This table is everything I could have asked for. Delivery A1 and arrived on time. Everything was packed inside the box very securely. No broken pieces and all pieces accounted for. This table does require two people to flip once legs are assembled. Assembly took about 3 hours for all 4 pieces. The felt is extremely soft and has a dark black finish. No fade/ashy appearance. The bench cushions are softer and thicker than expected. The caddy to supply everything is really nice it has lock wheels so it does stay in place. If you don’t have a solid spot for this it could look odd with the table top on the caddy..kind of bulky but if the top is on the table then the caddy is easy to tuck in a corner. FYI the rug I ordered from Amazon as well. Search ORINOVA black 8x10 faux rabbit fur. Super soft and this table fits perfectly in the center so real pleasing on the feet. I do have two 8’ x 5’ grips under it for cushion and to prevent damage to my hardwood floor under the table.
