Arrived on time, very well packaged (extra foam at corners, on glass and bubble wrap). Unwrapped easily, checked it before fully unwrapping for any cracks or the like and NOPE, and it was perfect. Slight smell when opening but by the time I’ve placed it you don’t notice it at all (like any new product you purchase). I chose to use differently & on top of a cube stand that I'm soon replacing with a dresser, and I absolutely love it. ... show more

So I wana start out by saying this company is amazing to work with! The woman I had to speak with was so kind and understanding, unfortunately I gave it a 3 stars bc the color of the wood did not match the pictures shown. I had spoken to someone from their company and they were awesome to send me a replacement free of charge but unfortunately the second mirror came the exact same color of wood. I was trying to find something light wood with a rustic feel with the white to hang and this wasn’t it. It’s a beautiful mirror and the craftsmanship is amazing as well just really upset I spent the money and didn’t get the lighter wood color. I am now gona have to sand it down until it’s my color and then paint it white and then sand it again to make it look the way I was wanting it. ... show more

I bought the brown mirror. This wood is stunning and SUPER HIGH QUALITY! The packaging was perfect and no damage was done to the mirror or the wood. I do agree with some of the reviews that it is not tall enough, I'm 5'6" and I can't see my head when this is on the floor, I don't care to hang it as it is rather heavy. I was so excited about this mirror and so heartbroken when I saw it was broken in the box. The frame is beautiful and seems to be sturdy though. I have contacted the manufacturer about getting it replaced. Hopefully I will hear from them soon. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t broken.
