My expectations weren’t great for these based solely on the price. After getting them I have found both some good and bad things about the shoes. By design, these shoes are very lightweight and lack the structure and padding found in normal shoes. If I had to be on my feet all day there is no way I would wear them to work. I got them for wearing around the house as well as occasionally doing other things; I did not expect them to become my primary shoes. Upon getting them I found the sizing as per the chart in the item information pretty accurate. They are incredibly easy to put on and tighten the “laces”. They are also pretty comfortable understanding that they aren’t intending to have the same padding, arch support, etc as regular shoes. Because there is no heel “cup” in these and the entire upper is stretchy, including the heel, I found while walking that the heel would slide down on my foot and I’d end up with a crease in the fabric and I constantly felt like I was walking out of the shoes. It would have seemingly been easy to prevent this from happening had the design been slightly different. In terms of the look of them, they are just ok. I was hoping the orange would be more orange but it is closer to salmon than orange to me. These are fine water shoes and might actually excell at that but my issues with the heel are likely to limit the use of these shoes aside from just around the house.

THIS IS NOT A WALKING SHOE! This, "shoe" is more akin to an aqua sock. Do NOT go hiking in them! If you step on a rock you will feel it. I have actual aqua socks that are much more durable then these. My best description, flimsy.

I need wide shoes to accommodate issues with arthritis, neuropathy and hammer toe. Generally that's a clunky tennis shoe. These are light, comfortable and easy to walk in. Not sure about durability but every time I leave the house, these are the shoes I wear. Upate: I originally got these in black. I found them so comfortable that I wanted another pair to exclusively wear in the house. I ordered the white with pinkish highlights. Still comfortable but they look like I'm wearing salmon on my feet. White will never leave the house lol

I absolutely love these shoes. The wide toe box makes such a difference. You can get these for a lot of money, but if these are "knock-offs" then go with the cheaper ones! I only paid $12 for them, and I've seen them at $100 or more. The only thing I added was a small gel heel insole for a little extra shock absorbency when I wear them at work for hour at a time. But even without those, they're still comfortable. One of my favorite features is that you can actually FEEL where you're stepping. If you ever have running shoes on and don't lift your foot quite high enough when you're walking and it causes a little stumble, I can tell you that hasn't happened even once in these shoes. AND you can throw them in the washer with your other clothes and they come out looking like brand new. One of the best purchases I've made on Amazon.

This barefoot experience changed my life. My feet were hurting, and I couldn't perform my favorite pastime: walking, especially the streets of New York City. At home, I used regular rubber slippers to go around the house, but my feet were stiff and moving in a block, so the little parts weren't exercising. After a few minutes of walking on the street, a significant pain in different parts of the articulations was killing me. Wearing barefoot, I found my feet moving all parts and every little bone in them, activating the circulation and practically eliminating the pain. I wear them inside the house, and that's enough when I wear my regular sneakers on the street to walk pain-free. I don't wear barefoot shoes on the streets. But inside the house, they are a great exercise for the feet!

My shoes arrived today and I've been wearing them for a couple of hours. They are cute and couldn't be more comfortable! I sized down per the notice when I bought them. I normally wear an 8 and this is a 7 1/2 and they're very roomy. I may buy another pair I like them so much.
