Recently we bought a Split Head Flex king sized mattress. It's our first one. Although I can make bedsheets from scratch, the split head presented a problem. So we bought a set from the mattress Dealer: one top, one bottom, two pillowcase for almost $ 200.oo Bad price and bad move - but beggers cannot be choosers. The bottom sheet was way too big, the top split was 4 inches longer than the mattress split, after washing the set - as per Manufacturer's instructions - it came out of the drier in pitifully wrinkled conditions. It looked as if someone had wound up the sheets in rubberbands, and dried them. I went back to the store, returned them, and was given a full refund. Probably I looked quite mad and they did not dare refusing the return. So now I was left with a bed and no sheets. Here comes the online hunting expedition. I don't really know how much time it took me, but eventually decided on a set from Bare Home. They arrived the following day, and it was delightful to open the box and find a bundle of soft fabric. The bottom sheet fits the split perfectly. The amount of fabric added below the split - so the sheet stays put - is generous, the fabric is soft, and invites to curl up with a book, but is not slippery. The sheets held up in the wash and came out of the drier ready to be placed on the bed. I would not mind a little ironing, but it just wasn't necessary. I am now ready to order a second and third set, in different but compatible colors. The price is extremely good. Definitely ultra soft, very comfortable and fit the king size mattress well but the flat sheet arrived with a small cut near the bottom. The packaging was undamaged and it was folded up with the cut inside so I assume the damage happened before it was shipped out. Still usable and comfortable but a bit disappointing for an otherwise 5 star product. ... show more

I am so pleased with these sheets. After 2 washings they are still soft as well as being light weight. The colors are pretty and pastel, muted to provide a hint of stripes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful sheets at a reasonable price.
