The heaviness of the comforter is just right for our chilly nights. We live in California where we don't get many freezes or snow, so it works very well. It wrinkles some but it's not that bad. The color was a little darker than the picture showed but it was okay.

It works and I didn't even use a tennis ball! I found it a little more on the brownish side than taupe, but it would have worked and I would have kept it were it not that the wrinkles did not come out enough for me. I've purchased bedding from Bare Home before and was not disappointed. This time, the brand delighted me after I spent several frustrating weeks searching for a full size comforter for our platform bed. Every manufacturer seems to think that Full/Queen is what we want. That size does not work with a platform bed if you want the comforter to cover only the mattress and leave the bed frame to show. So, thank you, Bare Home for providing more options to people like me. As for the comforter itself, it's very soft, the taupe color is beautiful and the size is exactly right. There is a little puckering in one of the seams but it's not a deal breaker and the price couldn't be more affordable. The comforter washes and dries well, fluffs up nicely and our bed now looks beautifully made every day. ... show more
