I love that this set came with 8 pieces - this is more than what I've seen when comparing to other bedding sets on Amazon! The heathered taupe is a perfect neutral color. Careful if you choose to remove the "under penalty of the law this tag not to be removed except by the consumer" tag on the comforter... the seem completely ripped open when I did this so I will have to sew that back together! Otherwise, the microfiber is soft, cooling and the sheets are wrinkle free! The comforter does still have some wrinkles after washing (as shown in photo) but I'm sure I could iron them out if I had the motivation haha. I'll be supporting Bare Home with any future bedding purchases and I hope you do too :)

The good- The frame and headboard is really nice after being put together. It feels very sturdy and made with quality. The price of less than $200 is great, compared to a furniture store would charge probably $2,000. I would recommend this if you’re good at assembling furniture, and if you have a person helping. The bad- The instructions are almost impossible. Everything is lettered and numbered. One piece was missing a number leaving us guessing where it went. It took 2 of us over 3hours to assemble. One leg had a stripped screw hole, but luckily it was attached with 2 screws, so now I’m hoping 1 screw will hold the leg in place. Also the headboard is in 2 pieces, so now after you put them together there will be a slight gap in between the headboard.

It's beautiful don't get me wrong it's just not as bright as I thought it was going to be it almost looks white in some lighting. It's very pretty still and it's the right size, it fits a California king. The comforter is extremely comfortable and the sheets are super soft. After washing and making the bed it's not wrinkle free but it's also not a horrendous mess that you can't brush and flatten out.
