I was afraid this was going to be a cheap reproduction, but it's the real deal - same product in stores. My 4 year old daughter has played, and organized, and presented numerous 'fashion shows' in the 4 days since receiving this. Amazon is such a gamble these days, you never know what you're going to get. I wanted to write a quick review just to let people know this item is legit and is really good quality. Ignore the other Barbie closets, this is the one you're looking for. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

    • Not enough room for clothes
I returned this product. Even though I have positive things to say, like it is really cute and it has a handle so the child can carry it around. It IS NOT functional to store many hanging items. The space is just too small. I didn't have room to hang much of anything. In addition, it just isn't large enough for much storage at all. I only had boys, so I am not very smart in the world of little girl stuff. Perhaps I was trying to make the product do more than it was intended. ... show more

I noted that this closet came empty. No problem! I ordered a generic non-Matel brand set pf clothes, accessories and shoes. The packaging sleeve allowed me to gently remove so I could fill it with the other clothes and re-slip the card board sleeve back on it. The closet itself is fine, but I bought it as a gift specifically because the description says that clothes and accessories are included. I wouldn't have bought it if the description was accurate - it's just an empty closet with hangers.
