The wind managed to pick this up and topple my entire cart. The umbrella rods broke in a few places. Not even a windy day. May have just been a freak mishap. HOWEVER - Support was amazing! I contacted them and they sent me out a replacement the same day. Very happy with the customer service.

*Update* After my first review the seller reached out to me and informed me of their warranty (representative said 2 year, but product page says 1 year), which I completely did not see or remember. I have decided to give this umbrella another chance because of this and the upcoming hurricane season for where I live, I figure this will really give me the opportunity to put it through its paces and give an honest review of its windproof claim. Due to the warranty I will be adjusting my star rating from 2 star (below average) to 3 star (average) as the first one broke with very little use. I will update my review following any incident or if the umbrella survives the season. ----- Only had this umbrella for about 6 months and used it only a hand full of times before it broke. The ribs snapped in the wind yesterday. First one while walking from the car to my front door, then the rest all at once while walking back out to the car. Wind was maybe 10-12mph.
