I bought these bras about a year ago and overall I am pretty satisfied. They are comfortable while offering plenty of support, and they have held up pretty well in the last year. Two “complaints” I have are: Sizing for me was not accurate. I am a 34 B so I chose the small, following the sizing chart. Small was WAY too tight. I could get it on but it was very itchy and uncomfortable. I returned them for mediums, which are tight until you wear them a few times but then loosen up a bit. After a year they are still snug enough to provide plenty of support while running. My biggest complaint is that the pads, which fall out when you launder the bras (why in the HELL do sports bra designers have these stupid removable pads!? Nobody wants their nips showing! I do not know a single person who removes these pads!!! Anyway... the pads..) begin to fall apart after a handful of washes. Check out my photos... My recommendation is to either sew the pads in place, or remove them prior to laundering. Do NOT simply rip the silky covering off once they start to really fall off, as I did. The pads themselves are made of a weird rubbery foam material which clings to the material of the bra and makes it look like you are 14 years old again and stuffing your bra with socks or some other lumpy material. I am not a very large breasted woman, but I'm big enough for my boobs to bounce if I do. I am a true 34C. Meaning, I have been properly measured and fitted for a bra. If you have also, you can use this review as an accurate comparison. If not, you can easily measure yourself. All of the information is available online. A lot of women are not wearing the proper bra size. Several years ago, I was one of them and the proper fit makes all the difference. Now for the details you want lol. When I received the bras in the mail, I tried them on to make sure they'd fit and threw them in the wash. I like using hot water when I launder my clothes because I am a germaphobe. So, there''s always a concern of shrinkage taking place. And they did shrink, but for me, it made the bras fit perfectly. I am very satisfied with the fit and comfort of these bras.They are snug, but not tight. It lifts my girls up and secures them against my chest. When i jump they stay there. They do not move. So for me, these bras are high impact sports bras. I can do jumping jacks, squat jumps, burpees, you name and my girls do not bounce. Woo hooo! The colors do not bleed in the wash and are more appealing in person (love them). The foam pads which stay in place during exertion, do make their way out here. But, reinserting them is no big deal. And unlike other foam pads, these do not ruin in the wash (yayy). I would recommend these bras to people who have a similar bra size. For those who have larger breasts, I'm not so sure these would serve as a high impact bra. Because for me, the support is just enough that I'm secured. I think if my breasts were a little larger they'd be moving with me when I jump. I hope this helps at least one person. I had a hard time deciding on which bras to buy. Don't expect too much. I normally wear a 44DDD. The bra fit over me. The cup size isn't fully covered. The sides were poking out like two marshmallows being squeezed. Also, if you have more than average back fat, the bra doesn't really do well in supporting that. Size down if you want support. I followed the size guide and read some other reviews and decided to order a large. I’m a 34DDD in all Victoria’s Secret bras. The large fit as you can see however the tension/ support is non existent in the large which would make it a good bra to lounge in but not for any sort of activity. These are great! They are more shock absorbing than compression. They are supportive, but have a good shape with some lift and don’t squash everything into a uniboob. I’m 5’7” 130 lbs and a 32D. A small fits perfectly, I had to return the medium because they were too big. Seriously, I wear these on 5+ mile runs, under sheer shirts, sometimes even under work clothes. This is my second set of these. My first set of 3 is over a year old and has held up to really heavy wear. I wanted a second set so that I could replace all of my running bras with them. This second set comes to $6 a bra, has fun colors, fits great, and I expect them to last a long time. Very happy with these. ... show more

Fits well, but absolutely no bounce control. This is not a "High Impact Support" bra. I am a 36D, and can't recommend this for anything beyond a stroll on a flat surface. I am a trail runner and ride horses - this is not the bra for those activities!!!!
