    • Bounce House had holes in the seams out of the box
We were so excited about this purchase. We waited for nice weather and finally put up the bouncy house, only to find that both sides of the climbing wall had large tears in the seams along the stitching. The kids were crushed they couldn't use it. Filled out inquiry form per the product instructions and have not heard back yet. Very disappointing. ... show more

4 & 6 year old picked this out. The double house was win win. It only has one blower, so make sure to buy one if you want to use both at the same time. Make sure to drain and dry or you'll need a mildew spray. Only came with one bag would be the complaint if any. Definitely a workout putting up/away as these are larger than little tikes. ... show more

    • Arrived used and with a hole in it.
When we received item the box was tore up and had lots of packaging tape all around it. When we opened the box to set up the moon bounce there was a hole in the side where the netting and vinyl meets, grass and dirt inside as well as the blower missing. It took over a month to finally get someone to pick up the return as we had been trying to return since we received it. ... show more

absolutely simple and absolutely worth the money for two the only thing is they give you one blower so if you want them inflated together you’ll need to purchase an additional blower but it literally took 2 minutes to set up and inflate! excellent product !!!

We love this product! We have an 8 yr old, 7 yr old and twin 4 yr olds! We bought an extra blower and we set them up at the same time! The kids love it! It’s also very easy to setup, that my older kiddos set it up and take it down mostly on their own! Great product!

    • Water leaks into air inflated area after first use
After using one time, water leaked into area where it had been inflated. Very hard for take down and storage. I can only imagine mildew will set in. Also, on the slide, there are 2 stitched seams that rub on the kids’ back as they slide down. Our grandson had 2 sores at the end of the day. This is our second inflatable from Banzai, so we know all inflatable water slides are not like this. We have not used the Park Bouncer, yet. Very disappointed. ... show more
