Cute product. It was fairly easy to assemble and all parts/tools were included. It does feel a bit flimsy like it couldn’t take too much weight. Also, some parts are low quality/unfinished. Even though it has a stain or treatment of some sort. I got a wicked sliver while assembling, so I wouldn’t want kids around it. For the price range it is suitable. I am giving this product 5 stars because I think they were honest in their product description and pictures. Mine is sturdy and was easy to assemble, I also think it's super cute. My only complaint is that the rails are too close together to be fully functional, you can see in the pictures that I have to put my clothes on an angle to get them to fit, this makes putting clothes away and retrieving them a bit of a hassle. ... show more

Sure, it's a little unbalanced, to be expected of a light bamboo hanger. Assembly was easy enough. It's very useful even though some planning is needed because of the X shape. Considering the price point, it's exceptional.

It is a less sturdy material, but it’s strong enough for my clothes and other items.
