While employed and on my feet most of a working day, I wore compression pantyhose. In those days, the microfiber panty I wore was Hanes. These microfiber briefs worked perfectly under pantyhose: these briefs are thinner than regular cotton underwear; these briefs did not ride up; these briefs left me feeling cooler while wearing pantyhose than would heavier cotton panties. Today I rarely if ever wear compression pantyhose, and these Bali briefs are still very comfortable, feel as if I'm almost wearing nothing, stretch and stay put with every move I make. I love that I can get underwear on subscribe and save! No, that does not make these disposable! I ordered some from another site and when they arrived, I found they were a very poor quality. They were quickly returned. After that experience, I ordered one pair from here and found they were the quality I was trying to find. I then added them to my regular subscribe and save order. Once I have restocked my supply, at 2 per month, I will skip a few shipments! These are a fairly heavy weight nylon. The ones I returned felt flimsy. This waistband is comfortable, the other was tight and didn't give much. I have had these before and they have held up quite well. I am glad I found them again. ... show more

For years and years I've been wearing this style of panty. I hate shopping, paying outrageous prices for undergarments. Well guess what? After comparing the price of these panties at the local Fred Meyer store($10.50ea) to what the price was on Amazon, I had to buy them. I bought 9 pairs of selected colors, they ALL arrived in excellent condition individually wrapped in plastic. I figure I saved atleast $45!! I purchased while these had a sale on them thru Amazon so the pricing appears to vary, because as I write this I see now the panty is listed at a higher price than what I paid a few days ago. I have worn this panty style, first manufactured as "Barely There" by Hanes/Bali, for over a decade now. When I order replacements, I can depend upon them to be correctly-sized and comfortable. I always order the "nude" color, so they don't show under clothing, and I can easily find bras that match in color (if that kind of thing matters to you). I like the stretchy microfiber fabric because the underwear fits smoothly and doesn't sag. They wash well and go through the dryer with no problems. They are of excellent quality and last quite a long time. Yes, it's a "granny panty", but I am now a "granny", so I don't mind the insulting name too much. :-) ... show more
