This suitcase is durable and stylish. Really appreciate it opens from the top so you dont need extra space to open it. purchased additionally the bagsmart packing cubes which worked well with this suitcase. Was able to pack 3 dress pants, 3 golf shirts, 1 pair of jeans, 1 extra dress shirt, 1 shirt/shorts to sleep in, 4 underwear and 4 pair of socks, toiletries and 1 extra pair of shoes and belt! Rolls easily, handle adjust to various heights. Locks and zippers work great! Perfect size to carry on and not having to hassle with checking your bag in. Perfect for trips less than 5 days and wanting to carry on your luggage! Would buy again.

We bought 3 of these bags (1 for me and 2 for the kids) and they are AWESOME bags. Bagsmart needs to advertise this carry-on more! This bag is a great carry-on for car travel and also airplane travel. The top opening style is so easy for car travel. When we took the bags on a road trip, it was very easy to lay it on a luggage rack for use, rather than putting our clothes inside the hotel dressers. In the airport, the top opening was convenient because when we needed access to the bag, I just laid the bag on my lap and opened the top. The top opening made it so much faster and easier to get access to inside the bag. The water bottle holder was really convenient in the airport because it was one less thing I had to carry. We were neutral on the inside toiletry pad as we already had toiletry bags that we were using. The TSA locks are typical for suitcases, easy to click on/off. We have not changed the security number on the TSA locks so I cannot speak to how easy/difficult that would be to do. The handle of the bags has a little play but it didn't hurt the function of the bag. The wheels make up for the little play in the handle. The bag rolls really well through carpet and the sidewalk (haven't tested it on cobblestones yet). The outer shell is made of a material that has a little give to it and it's not as stiff/hard as other carry on bags. I don't think it's a deal breaker because it's a carry on and it won't be handled the same as a check in bag. I HIGHLY recommend getting this bag as it is a budget friendly carry on with the design that is a lot more intuitive for travel. UPDATE: We took our carry-on bags international and they held up great as a carry-on and as a checked bag. The outside corners got scuffed a little but we were able to wipe off some of the scuffs. Top opening again was a time saver when it came to opening the bag at the airport to pack some last minute items we bought at the shops. Using eBags regular packing cubes, we were able to pack 1 large and 1 small cube in the carry-on. We were also able to pack a toiletry bag with the packing cubes without having to expand the bag. Overall, still highly recommend this carry-on!

I love the design of this bag, it was super functional and handy, but I would not give it 5 stars due to some scuffs and paint damage on the first trip. Durability, or keeping this bag 'pretty' will be a concern

The bag itself is well constructed and looks good. The top opening is nice for small spaces. Otherwise, it has a notably smaller capacity than clamshells, and the wheels are terrible. So hard to negotiate and steer - both on bare floors and carpets. I’ll keep it for shorter trips, but it’s just ‘fine’, nothing special.

I love this bag. It’s the first time I’ve ever not checked luggage for a flight. It held enough clothes (2Kuhl pants, 1 yoga pant, 4 shirts, pjs, under garments, and 3socks), Rx, and toiletries for seven nights, plus my arteryx jacket and an extra pair of shoes (flat, barefoot-type shoes), a hat, a curling iron, and 8 protein bars. Yep! I had a washer/dryer at my disposal when necessary. The wheels rolled well on the carpet at the airport so it’s stable; it’s a perfect fit for Southwest in the overhead storage; love the open from the front/top! I did unscrew and remove the battery for the charging port in case that became an issue with TSA - I couldn’t be bothered to find out about their new rules with that. Overall, this bag is a huge win for me and I’ll hopefully never have to check another bag! In the Hap Tim laptop backpack (also on Amazon) was a sweatshirt I decided to take off at the airport, 3 books, my iPad, the quart bag I carried liquids in, and my fanny pack with my wallet and keys. Coming home, the backpack also held some tshirts I bought while on my trip and a sink caddy my SIL made on the 3D printer. This set-up is officially my only future way to travel!

I looked around at many brands of suitcases and decided on this because I liked the color. I also liked the one side opening (most had the clamshell opening) and the upgraded wheels mechanism. That was important since my old suitcases wheels gave me problems. I wish the had a companion under the seat carry-on that could attach to the larger suitcase. I haven't used it yet, but I think I will like it!

Needed a 20" bag (including wheels!) for international travel and this one was perfect. Held a surprising amount for its size! Loved the zipped H2O bottle holder - nothing to break off - and small luggage footprint when opening in tight spaces. Wheels were smooth rolling and handle was long enough for 5'10"" person to pull comfortably.
