I don't know what I was expecting because it says it in the description. I had pictured felt to be softer and smoother. This insert just seemed very cheap and coarse. I returned it and got another insert that was satin and felt much higher quality. True, it's going on the inside of the bag and it's functional. Purchased this organizer for my jumbo flap, and the size and shape are wrong. It is more oval, but needs to be rectangular, and is too small. It does not fit snugly in the bag, and is not helping prevent structure loss. The quality of material and stitching are good. The sides of the insert pushes out the sides of the bag, so I had to put a couple of stitches on each side to mimic the shape of the bag. Aside from that I feel like this is a very solid insert. I do wish it had a bit less pockets. I feel like they take up a lot of space.
