This is the first time that I tried mango pepper. I wasn't expecting it to be so powdery. Every time I use it, I'm either coughing or sneezing. I find myself removing the top because I feel like just pepper dust is coming out of it. Aside from the drama of using it, after I get it onto my food, it does taste good. It tastes fresh and not stale. It also adds a nice light heat to the food while tasting sweet. It does smell like mangos and pepper.
