I ordered this nursery chair for pregnant women and moms with little ones, and it’s honestly the best chair I’ve ever had. It’s just perfect. The footrest lifts up, and the chair fully reclines, so you can even sleep in it. The fabric is so soft and beautiful. I’m really happy with it. We are on our second recliner. Within a month of using the chair the glider function started to make a metal grinding noise and wasn’t as smooth. We contacted delta children and they sent us a new chair. I use it everyday and love it—it’s quiet, comfortable and cleans easy. There is a 90 day warranty and delta children was very nice to work with. I’m glad they stand behind their products. ... show more

This chair was horribly impractical for our nursery. I am 5’2” tall for reference, and the seat was far too tall for me. There is at least a foot of space between my dangling feet and the floor when seated fully in the chair and there is no way to adjust the backrest or height. Therefore, I could not rock my baby in this chair at all- this isn’t an issue I saw on any other review or website and I read EVERYTHING I could find before buying this chair! If you plan to breastfeed in this chair, the armrests are hard and thin leaving no good space for resting your arms while nursing and rocking. You will need another support pillow or cushion for your arms and/or the baby’s head. Another very minute detail, but something I wasn’t fond of- the charging ports on the side of the chair are lighted. I’m assuming this is for ease of use during late nights, however there’s no way to shut the light off and it’s bright enough to light the entire corner of the nursery. If you have a baby that’s distracted by little glowing lights, this will keep them up. Quality wise, the material is thick and the cushion is comfortable. The stitching is perfect, and looks exactly like the photos. It was quick to assemble with very few steps. ... show more
