I have been researching a carrier for my 3 week old, and I’m so happy I chose this one. She’s a bigger baby, probably around 9lbs by now but she was 8lbs 10oz 21inches when she was born and she fits in it perfectly. Ease of use is 5 star, my only complaint which is minor is when taking it off, you kind of need both hands to slide the clips out and while you’re holding your baby it’s a little tricky. It’s super soft, comfortable for me & my princess and I love the breathable mesh fabric because she’s a little furnace! I had an Eddie Bauer one from when I had my son and I barely used it because it was so bulky and not comfortable. Baby Bjorn Customer Service is horrble!! They say all the right things but delay, delay, delay. Totally unresponsive to produce a refund promised for FOUR WEEKS. My wife and I ordered the right baby carrier model (wrong color) our expecting daughter in law wanted for our future granddaughter. Returned the carrier. Then made the mistake of dealing with Baby Bjorn directly and paid $159 for the right color (but wrong carrier model) directly from Baby Bjorn since it was not available on Amazon. Contacted Baby Bjorn customer service directly repeatedly for four weeks to get our refund. They want a form returned that they don't attach to their email. They want photos of the carrier they sent. They emailed us that they have "resubmitted" our previous email requests....I suppose to another person at their Customer service center. Meanwhile, they keep our money. Warning: If you want their product, buy only through Amazon. DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM BABY BJORN. ... show more

A million times easier to put on than all the other weirdly complicated ones (Lillebaby). I could never figure out how to get my old one on quickly and easily but this one is so simple, I knew what to do after a couple times of putting it on with the manual. Honestly i loved the color and material of this carrier! However was not comfortable for me. My baby was around 12 lbs at the time i purchased it. I could not carry him more than 30 minutes without hurting my back! He only will grow so i bought the Baby Bjorn Carrier Free! That one has much better back support and it will last longer! ... show more
