The basinet is perfect for newborns. Once baby out grows that you remove that part and there is a very spacious insert that you use. Once baby can sit up or pull itself up on the sides you remove that piece and just use the very bottom. The mesh sides mean it has breathability. One of my favorite things about this that others don’t have is the changing pad flips down and up. So when not in use it sits there waiting for you to need it. Instead of having to remove the whole thing and storing it separately like the others. The Baby Trend Deluxe II Nursery Center Playard in Bluebell has been a lifesaver for us as new parents. It offers everything we need in one convenient package - a comfortable bassinet for naps, a sturdy playard for safe playtime, and a handy changing table for diaper changes. The setup was easy, and the overall quality of the product is excellent. However, our only gripe is with the height of the changing table. It's slightly lower than we expected, which means we have to bend over uncomfortably when changing our daughter. This can lead to a sore back, especially after multiple changes throughout the day. Despite this minor flaw, we still find the Nursery Center to be a valuable addition to our baby gear collection. It's well-made, functional, and provides a safe and comfortable space for our little one. If Baby Trend could address the height issue of the changing table in future versions, it would make this product even better. ... show more

love this playpen!! I was only able to use the bassinet sleeper for about 2 months before my baby got too big for it. I do love the changing table and how you can flip it out of the way. it is very sturdy as my 5 year old has been hanging on it when he thinks i'm not looking lol. this was fairly easy to assemble with using the instructions but did take me a little bit. it has been easy to fold up and put back up since. I like how it has locking wheels. I do use a thick blanket it in as additional padding because I hate the hardness of the ones that come in it. I have not had any problems with this and would recommend. my baby is now 8 months old but we don't use it for travel; it's just on our main floor so I don't have to go up and down stairs all the time. ... show more
