I purchased this stroller as I fell in love with it from the first time I saw it. There was no other stroller I wanted. The front wheels are defective. They are bent. The stroller has a pull and everytime I stop the front wheels lock and I catch my tail to get them to unlock. The front wheels are also super small, stroller is better for smooth paved roads as the front wheels often give trouble to go over and road or sidewalk that isn’t flush. I tried reaching out to customer service and they do not respond. You can only get in touch with them through email and they are not responding. I called Amazon and they said I have to email the third party. I have had this stroller for 6 months as I purchased it last year. No response from customer service regarding my issue. The media could not be loaded. Overall I give it 4 stars. It’s sturdy enough though I prefer the other stroller with the double beams at the bottom. That one was over $100 more and I just didn’t see myself paying $500-$600 dollars more for a stroller. This stroller was easy to assemble. I watched the video which helped me so much faster than following the directions. As far as the sturdiness, it’s not going to topple over or anything but it the bassinet or canopy does shake. The bassinet is cute but I’m concerned about the comfortability being that the two bars underneath where the cushion goes is able to be felt. You can easily remedy this by placing more cushion for your baby, but for the price I would prefer it to already be super soft and not be able to feel two metal bars where my baby will be laying down.
