Very roomy for the small size. My 13 month old loves walking in and out through the opening which you can zip up to close. Easy to put together however, be careful shimmying the foam tubes in which tear easily. Overall it is very functional.

First let me just say...Yes, I bought this for a dog. He was going through heartworm treatment so needed to be kenneled most of the time on strict rest. He is 130 lb Cane Corso. We have a xxl dog bed in this with him and I bought the 50 x 50 size. There was plenty of room for him. He isn't a very active dog as he has osteoarthritis so I knew he wouldn't attempt to jump out. But he is a huge boy and he craves nothing but love. I wanted something where we could give him love but he would still be contained to just a small area away from the other dogs. This worked perfect! The zipper door for him to get in is a tiny bit low, but thats to be expected and he just dips his head to get in. When he stands his head reached over the edge enough to get love. And his food and water bowls fit inside next to his bed. The price was also a lot cheaper that an xxl kennel, which we do have. But this was a better option for us. If you have an older dog that doesn't jump and isn't super active, I would highly recommend! Puppies, not so much. They would be able to easily scratch and bite through the mesh if they wanted to. I was also able to fine a 50 x 50 play water resistant play pen mat to go inside as well. The bottom of this would have been tore up by his nails. But the mat has been awesome.

The packaged arrived in a box, inside another amazon box. Everything was packaged neatly inside the innermost box, in separate bags. There were even 2 spare parts included. No tools were needed for assembly. I did it myself in just under an hour... but I was also getting "help" from 3 young kids, so I'm sure that added a bit of time to it. The instructions were easy to follow and with lots of pictures. Things did get a bit dicey towards the end... it seemed like another page or 2 could have been added, but I made it work. Not too difficult at all. I will say that I did notice 1 small spot where the stitching didn't meet properly, so there is an inch or so gap, but it's at the bottom and if it becomes too big of an issue, I'll do my best to stitch it. I had already assembled it before I noticed it and I wasn't going to go through taking it all apart to exchange it for that small issue. We are not using this as a baby playpen. I chose this to make a ballpit for our kids. I purchased 200 3" diameter clear ballpit balls 2 years ago from amazon and I always wanted to get more and make an actual ballpit... i just never followed through with the idea. The balls are so expensive! Fast forward to July 2021... I ordered 38 packs of Playday ballpit balls, with 100 balls in each pack, at 2.5" diameter per ball. I found those on Walmart.com for $9.97 per bag. The math to get the balls approximately 20" deep in this particular playpen equaled slightly less than 3,800 balls, but I wanted 4,000 balls to be amount we went with. I will mention that I also added a plush foam 5 step dog/pet stair inside the ballpit, displacing some balls and making the overall depth, well, deeper. We also added another pet stair outside the playpen. Both of the pet stairs were purchased through amazon. I bought 2 Spark Alphabet Foam Mats from Walmart.com for like $13.88 each, I think. Yes, the letters pop out, but we don't use it for that, so no picking up pieces of puzzle mats for us. It was the cheapest way to add cushion under the ballpit. It came out great and the kids love it... and us too! So far, it has held up well, but it's only been up for about a week. It seems like pretty sturdy, well thought out construction though and the actual playpen material they used is nice. I was pleasantly surprised.

We had a bigger one and downgraded because of space. This is perfect size, easy to put together. Keeps babe safe if I need to step away. Keeps toys all in one place. We love it.

This is a very nice and large play area! It's too big and hard to put together though to be much of a travel type item. The connection PVC pieces on top are what hurts it. We have been as careful as possible with it but one has snapped while another two are about to be broke as well.

Definitely worth the buy, have a starting to crawl baby and this will be a lifesaver for taking showers, cooking meals, etc. Lots of space to move with toys. Good quality!

Got this for my 7 month old so she could be free yet confined. It arrived today. Well packaged. Poles were individually packed in gags according to size. It was fairly easy to assemble. Took me about 10 minutes after figuring out exactly what goes where. I was debating on getting a size bigger but am glad I went with the smallest size. Fits perfectly in my limited space apartment. I did measure prior but it's actually bigger in person. I did see reviews where they also didn't like how there's only 1 door, no plushies and no ball pit storage as advertised in the images, that's a BIG bummer for me as well. I thought they had just been sent a "bad batch" but nope. I expected the stars to be more vibrant but they aren't. I wish I would have gotten this sooner though. Overall this is great specially for $40.
