The baby lounger arrives vacuum sealed within a plastic zippered bag. It does puff up somewhat upon opening. I'm hoping it puffs up more after washing it. The instructions say to knead it but that isn't sufficient. The center feels very thin. I suppose I could put a folded blanket inside the cover to add additional padding to the center. My older child is far too old to fit on this lounger so until the baby is born, it is hard to say how comfortable this is. Also, the item stock photos suggests it be used for co-sleeping, but the item instructions included expressly say not to. It says not to use it for co-sleeping, not to put it on any elevated surface or within a crib. Additionally the description says it has a cotton cover. To be clearer, the inner pillow insert has a cotton shell. However, the washable pillow case is NOT cotton. The pillowcase is a plusher velour material that must be a synthetic fiber because cotton doesn't feel like that. There are no tags anywhere on the item to clarify fiber content. The included instruction page actually entitles the item "Loevin Baby Lounger", which pops up on Amazon under the "explore" section when I view the item listing. The two items appear to be equivalent. With some effort, I can re-stuff the lounger in the plastic zipper case. That will make it easier to transport to other people's houses or the park.

This infant lounger is like a soft nest for the infant to relax in. The lounger comes shrink-wrapped and must take a trip through the wash to get all of the wrinkles out, but after that it is a nice place to rest an infant. Like other reviewers have said, it's a bit thin in the middle, so it's best if placed on an already padded infant playmat or next to parents on the couch or something. Unfortunately, it's not as enclosed as some infant loungers that allow less parental supervision, but this one does offer more padding under the infant than those do. This lounger will allow parents to rest their arms, so they don't always have to cradle the baby, but also allows them to set him somewhere safer than just on his back on a playmat or next to them on the couch. The product page is misleading in claiming this lounger is 100% cotton, though. The outer lining is a thick, soft material that has a beautiful color, but the stubborness of the wrinkles clarifies it is synthetic. Probably polyester. The inner material is cotton, though.

I'm a bit disappointed with this soft, blue, baby lounger. The center lacks cushioning, so it's not very comfortable for the baby. The material is nice and soft to the touch. The overall cushioning is is just okay. It's not as thick as other baby loungers that I have purchased in the past. The value is just not there. At the present time, this baby lounger is priced at just under forty dollars. It's far too pricey for what I received.

This is a nice lounger. The pillow is very lumpy so I let it air out for a few days and the pillow have fluffed and firmed up. The cover is easily washable and is soft. This is great to put baby down for lounging or changes. I wouldn't use it for co sleeping or unsupervised sleep but it is great rather than just putting baby down on a flat surface.

The Huggynest Infant Lounger has been a great addition to our baby gear. The high padded sides and sunken center help keep our little one comfortably positioned, making it a cozy and secure spot for both sleep and lounging. We love how breathable the fabric is, and the soft, nest-like design creates a calming environment for our baby. It’s also incredibly lightweight and portable, which makes moving it around the house or taking it along on trips super convenient. My only small critique is that the center could use a bit more padding, but overall, it’s a well-made, reliable product that delivers on comfort and practicality. Solid 4 stars!

I am disappointed with this baby lounger and definitely do no recommend it, especially not for that high of a price tag. 42 bucks and change as of this review. First, the listing clearly shows co-sleeping as a use and then on the packaging it says not for that use. Clear safety issue there! Also, it recommends for diaper changes? What? No, thanks, gross. Beyond that, it is no where near as thick as pictured. My photo is after days and me trying to fluff it manually and in the dryer. The cover basically just pools around it. The sides are barely raised because of how flat it is and the center has basically no stuffing in it at all. The ONLY redeeming quality is how soft the velvety cover is, I might try and put it on a better lounger because this one isn't worth it. I will say the only one pleased with it is my cat and I think that is more about the cover than the bed. Do not recommend.

The Huggynest Baby Pillows for 0-12 Months is great to have a safe soft place to lay baby to sleep while you watch them nap. It is a nice size for a little baby and a great design that helps keep them in one spot (unless they are at rolling over stage). This is great to have on hand as well for quick changing if you don't have a changing table available and even fits well in the bottom of a shopping cart. The cover is machine washable which is great for easy cleaning. Personally I would use this only when I can watch the baby in it for safety. Makes an adorable baby gift.
