This can be more than a resting mat. You can untie and use this as a tummy time cushion. Lots of use. Almost like baby's first cuddle and comfort blanket (since blankets are not allowed) Plus, it cuts down on draft if on the floor. I actually love it so much (this type of sleeping mat) that it is a really great baby shower gift when a new mom doesn't know such a thing exists. I "get" the whole vacuum seal to make a product smaller. I am ok with that; it is more the outer packaging could be better to be a great baby shower gift. As first impressions carry a lot of weight. I have been to some baby showers where they will say specifically to bring the gift UNWRAPPED. That they put the gifts on display, and when presenting your gift to the "to-be" mom, the process of going through the gifts goes so much faster without having to unwrap, and waste money on wrapping paper. There are a LOT of in person baby showers. And yes, for those that can't attend, they can ship a gift to the "to be" mom and have it at the baby shower, or to the host of the baby shower to present later. I did not deduct from the actual product, just notating that this was purchased for ME, and not as a gift. As much as I love the whole product, it is just lacking in "first impression". Especially to know what design, fabric selection is there. Purchased for grandbaby # 2. Just to have something new and not a hand me down from baby # 1. Plus, mom found this so helpful for baby # 1 that I wanted to make sure baby # 2 got their own dedicated resting mat.

This Baby Lounger is really practical and convenient. It’s lightweight and portable, thick and soft, very comfortable for my baby to lie on. My baby falls asleep quickly on it. The BUTOA Baby Lounger is absolutely wonderful to have for when you have a sleeping infant or need to take your little one in a different room. I personally love loungers but would never use them without continuously monitoring baby. They give the baby a soft place to lay for a few months before the baby grows too big for it. I like that you can open up one end for longer babies which may work if you are putting a sleeping baby on it but my 10 month old son will just roll right off of it if I try to put him on it now. I liked being able to have the baby right beside me in a lounger when I was at the table eating dinner. This lounger is great quality and soft. The cover is machine washable which is great for accidents or spit ups. This is also a great place to change baby! Makes a wonderful baby gift!

I love how the baby lounge is packed nice and safe, and how the lounge unfolds to be a soft and secure bed for the baby. It is breathable and is protective all the way around. It has a thick elastic mattress pad on the bottom, but it does not affect the coziness. It is portable and lightweight, So you can take it along if needed. When I first received it, it was wrinkled in a transparent plastic bag, but it slowly returned to its size after I opened it. The fabric of this baby lounger is 100% cotton, which is very gentle and comfortable for baby’s skin. It can be used on both sides and is very easy to clean. There is also a rope at the end of the edge of the recliner that you can adjust to change the size as the baby grows, which is a very practical feature. It’s suitable for baby up to 24 months but it varies on each baby’s weight. I have a boy so grey dinosaur is good choice for me.
