  • Luxury Umbrella Stroller
I have had the City Mini GT single and double stroller and now this one as well. My double stroller can’t fit in the cab of our truck and I hate putting it in the bed of the truck and I regretfully sold our single stroller thinking I wouldn’t need it anymore. So I wanted a small stroller for errands that could fit in the cab and be easy to grab while out with both baby and toddler. I first tried the Chico lite way stroller but it was too big for the cab. So this stroller was the best folding style to fit in front of the bench seat. This stroller is basically a heavy duty umbrella stroller which is what I was looking for. The shade is definitely flimsy which is annoying but overall the stroller is pretty nice. It’s of course not as solid and tough as the jogger strollers but for the purpose of this stroller, the toughness is appropriate. Much better than flimsy umbrella strollers and not bulky like the Chico lite way. For $150 it was a pretty good purchase but I’d be wary of paying much more for it. For reference, I’ll be using this for pushing baby at the childrens museum while the toddler plays, walking in the mall, shopping in stores without carts, a place to sit baby while the toddler plays at the park, etc. So for these things the stroller will be perfect for and I can use my jogger for walks, zoo trips, jogs, etc. ... show more

  • Folding mechanism stopped working and terrible customer service
Color: Slate
We bought this stroller and it worked well for the first one month and were quite pleased. Then the folding mechanism stopped working out of the blue. It is not possible to fold the stroller without taking out the seat from the frame ( dismantling into two pieces). We contacted customer service and they sent us several confusing emails. They required us write a long detailed message , video and pictures of malfunction. After doing all that they said we can return the item for possible repair or part replacement .. then they sent another email stating that we cant as this stroller model is discontinued. Then we got another email at the same time stating that we are out of warranty since we purchased the stroller on 7/1/2022 and we contacted customer service in October 2022 . We were so puzzled and did not know what they meant and wrote back again . They apologized and wrote back to us admitting their error. Then they said once we return the item, they will refund us half the money ( we had bought the stroller using some points so the bill did not show the full price ) , so we emailed back stating that we need a full refund as we still within warranty. We ended up finally not returning the stroller as we became worried that we would not be refunded any money due to such terrible unreliable customer service. We will never be buying from baby jogger again. This has been a very disappointing experience. ... show more

  • Great Stroller
Color: Slate
It is a great stroller but can no longer buy additional attachments such a bar or tray for the child.

  • It's OK stroller
Color: Rosewood
For the price, less than $200, this is just ok stroller. I'm returning it though. If you don't mind not have compatible accessories like snack tray or even belly bar, then you may wanna buy. The folding mechanism is somehow easy but not really simple since you have to fold the seat first and it takes more effort than you think. It's also heavy stroller, even my bulkier stroller felt lighter. I also didn't like the stroller seat itself or harness. It felt my baby was not secure enough and overall I just didn't like this stroller. ... show more

  • A word about its suspension
Color: Rosewood
Overall this stroller is easy to maneuver, light weight, has a large canopy and reversible seat. Though at the same time I found the ride to be rough. The moment it leaves the sidewalk, the ride gets very bumpy. This stroller does have all wheel suspension, but it uses a type of suspension that have very minimal travel, and they are VERY HARD. I have to place 40 pounds on the front wheels to get the suspension to activate, and similar for the back wheel. I have to put about 100 lbs on ONE side of the chassis to see the front and back suspensions move. I have no idea why it's like this. I have a Baby Jogger Mini GT and a Bob stroller, and their suspensions function as they should in absorbing vibrations. It's a shame the suspension is lacking because this stroller is pretty good overall. ... show more

  • Good stroller
Let me tell you, I’ve had other strollers and this one has been the best one so far. It’s not mini, but it folds small enough that it will not take up half of the car trunk. Traveling by air is super simple and convenient with the backpack carry on. It’s not a carry on size, so it does have to get checked in, but it seems like most airlines will take the stroller free of charge. It’s very light. Although it’s not a jogging stroller, on our trip it rode over grass, rock, and dirt easily. Road is still bumpy though because it’s not a jogger, but it won’t get stuck or damage the wheels. I haven’t had any issues with the canopy as other people. Now I actually bought the pram, and with the pram it makes the stroller heavier and bigger when folded. So it will take up half of the trunk. I’ve only found 2 issues. One is when opening or closing, I have pinched my fingers in between the area where the latch is that keeps the stroller closed. And the second one is only if you are trying to find adapters for car seat. It’s very hard to find them! The one I need is oos here on Amazon and it seems difficult to find anywhere else. It seems like they didn’t make many options on adapters for this specific stroller ... show more
