Runs big. I got 3-6 but it far too big for my baby at the moment. In the picture (for an example), all the baby clothes hanging up are 0-3 and 3-6 months. Then you’ll see the large brown bear onesie on the left to compare lol. It’s cute and soft. Even on the inside on it but size down before buying.

This was perfect for my baby. I ordered a size up to be in the safe side and it fit him through the whole cold season. Don’t dry on high heat though. It will start to look ugly so just air dry or low heat.
