Simply remove the toy bar and snack tray, then use the included straps to secure the seat to most dining chairs. Seat features a removable and easy-to-clean EVA foam insert. I bought this chair and the best selling Fisher-Price seat. I returned the Fisher-Price seat yesterday. This seat is fantastic. It was a little small for my 5 month old granddaughter with the insert in but it’s perfect with the insert out. She loves sitting in it without the surround on because she’s so excited about sitting up! She loves the surround as well and my favorite thing about it is that if she gets overwhelmed with the toys, I can just spin it around to where there’s nothing in front of her & give her 1 thing to focus on (usually a teether😉). I took the bar that goes over the top off. The toys on the surround were plenty & the bar got in the way of her arms when she was reaching for things. The musical keyboard speaks in four different languages. It’s a fantastic baby accessory that’ll grow with her since we’ll use it as a booster seat at the table too. ⭐️To make it stable on a counter top (straps for a chair but no grips underneath) I set it on my big silicone pastry sheet or shelf liners. Anything to prevent it from moving. She loves to sit up high & “talk” & watch while I’m busy in the kitchen. ⭐️when it was brand new, the piece of the surround that snaps on & off (for taking the baby out or putting them in & removing the surround) was impossibly hard to push in or pull off - it took more force than I wanted to use on something she was sitting in. I almost returned it, glad I didn’t. It got much easier within 10 or so uses but now, we just lift her in & out & leave the surround in place unless we want to remove the whole thing. My baby loves the music and being able to play with the piano! My complaints I the tray is a pain to get on and off even using the handle under the tray to slide part off. Literally it’s the worst to try and get the tray back on and I don’t have the patience for it anymore. Other than that I thinks it’s cool how it has different languages! ... show more

We bought this to help my baby sit up after eating cause she had reflux issues. But the seat belt clips don’t adjust to a baby size length. The middle clip barely sticks out of the cutout and the two waist straps would not extend long enough to use. We used it under supervision with the try on but didn’t use the straps. But sadly this means we can’t use it as a booster seat since the harness doesn’t work. So it’s not a “grow with me” product as advertised. That said my baby did like the toys that were on this.
