    • Leaks and quits working after 2 months of use
The media could not be loaded. I bought this so that it was easier to have warm bottles by a press of a button so I plugged it in when we brought our son home from the hospital(October 11, 2024) and have used it all the way to today (January 1, 2025). After you fill the bottles and let it sit it leaks so much you have to keep a little under it at all times or it leaks onto the counter(started doing this about a month of use) and I go to fix a bottle today and it will not change from the coolest setting. You can change it, it blinks, then back to blue. Now it just shuts off completely(that's what the video is) I wish I would have never spent the money on it. It was a total waste. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Had to return twice. I’m only giving the black one the 2 star but the white one is okay. I have this in both colors but had to return the black twice, for some reason it just stops working for no reason. I think they discontinued this color too. Love the white one, never had an issue. We love this item. Bought one a few years back for our first. Since then we bought 2 more because we got rid of our original and moved. So we have one upstairs and downstairs. Recommend to all our friends with babies.

This is amazing! Super quick at heating the water and very user friendly. Can be a little annoying to clean but, otherwise is great.

Stopped working all of a sudden. Temperature settings change on their own. Bad product overall and when you reach out for support they want you to just unplug and plug back in. Do not recommend at all

I love this so much but it stops working randomly and then starts working fine again. Last night at 1am water would not come out at all and it was the third time it’s happened but I couldn’t get it to work again like the other times. This morning I went to take a video for this review, and now it’s working again fine. So keep that in mind. I will still be returning this and trying out the one with the night light. ... show more

This is the second one I have bought in the last 4 months. It leaked and the water won’t dispense some of the time. We had to return the first one due to the temperature not changing to warm it would only stay on cold water. Works well when it’s working as it should.
