I bought this for my grandson while at my home. The directions are terrible. Tiny print and not clear at all. There is no online manual for help. I tried Support for the item but that was no help. I finally looked and found another bouncer and was able to see their instruction video which showed complete directions. It also shows the bouncer in a clear carrying case, which is not included. It serves the purpose but could use better instructions.
